Per 18 U.S.C. 44 .If you or your clients firearms have been confiscated by law enforcement and they are no longer permitted to posses them, we will assist in retrieving those firearms and store, legally sell at a fair price, transfer or legally dispose of them on your behalf. We will prepare all the appropriate documentation, file the appropriate motions with the proper court and retrieve the firearms on your behalf. |
